2025 Registration

Date: July 19 -20 ( Includes 2 rounds of Golf)

Eligibility: Amateurs Only

Entry Deadline: July 7, 2025

Your Entry Fee will include the following.

• Tee Gift
• KP and LD contests after golf
• On course lunch provided both days
• Banquet/party Saturday evening
• 1 drink ticket for banquet
• $15,000 prize table + multiple hole in one’s
• Optional Horserace Friday July 18th, 2025. - $20 Cash Entry
• Optional skins - $40 includes Round 1 and Round 2 skins
• Caddy's are available
• Limited field, Shotgun and tee sheet management for comfortable pace of play

Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund before July 7th.
• 50% Refund Before July 10th.
• No Refunds after July 10th.

Caddy Program Details 

• Junior Caddies given training beforehand
• First come based on caddy registrations
• Suggested 50 dollar per day  

Any amateur golfer (any gender, aged 14 and over) with an official registered handicap can enter to play. Limited to 112 players. 

The two official rounds are on July 20-21, with an optional evening horserace and cocktail party on Friday, July 19

Entry is $363.95 for non-members and $261.45 for members (after tax). With entry you get:

• 2 rounds of golf
• On-course lunch both days
• Banquet dinner ticket, plus 1 drink tickets
• Chance to win prizes from $15,000 prize table
• Long drive, putting and KP competitions

There will be 3 flights, with both low gross and low net competitions in each.

• Championship Flight (low handicap)
• A Flight (mid handicap)
• B Flight (high handicap)

While women will be playing from the green tees and men from the blues, they will be competing against each other directly. There is no men's or women's division.

• $50 - extra banquet dinner ticket
• $20 - entry into skins competition (per day)
• $20 - entry into Friday night horserace
